3D Tag Cloud

Share Button

3D Tag Cloud allows you to display your site’s tags using jquery that rotates the tags in 3D.

It works just like a regular tags cloud, but is more visually exciting. Clicking the tags will take you to the appropriate page. Might not work with less than IE9.

New Configuration options been added to the admin panel. Now the site admin can configure the following options.

  1. Title of the Tag Cloud.
  2. Number of tags to be displayed.
  3. Height and Width of the widget.
  4. Background Color.
  5. Text Color.
  6. Font.
  7. Font maximum size.
  8. Font minimum size.

If you have any suggestions or feedback, please post it in the following link.

I made a translation of your plugin in Greek. Where do i sent it?
Also it would be nice for your next version, if you could add the functionality to choose which tags to show. For now i did it manually in your php file.
    Thank you

    Hello Vinoj,

Thanks for the great plugin. Question: Is there any way to disable this 3D tag cloud widget on certain pages? Please advice. Much appreciated.

      Hi Chester,
There is no feature to disable widget on particular pages. But you can do this manually in sidebar.php in your WordPress theme. Hope it helps.

Hi, I noticed there are tags from draft (unpublished) posts showing up on my site. Is there a planned fix for this in the next release?

I’m having a problem with the 3d tag cloud where it’s not allowing me to change the min and max font sizes. When I update the options, the tags remain the same size. Is there any way to resolve this? Thanks.

    Hi Vinoj,

Thank you for this great plugin. Where can I see/edit the links in my tag cloud? My cloud is perfect right now except the words don’t link to correct pages. With every tag in the cloud I get an empty page.

    1. admin

It normally links to the default link. Can you please send me the link to your site, so that I can check it.

Vinoj Hi, thanks for the plugin. I am trying to change the background of the label when the mouse passes over. Currently a white frame appears around the label but to make it look better, I need to change the background color of the label but only by passing the mouse in the foreground.

    Can you help please.

Thanks in advance and best regards

Hi, is there a way to auto-start the cloud to animate without the user having to mouse-over for the animation to work?

    Thanks in advance.
